If we are to assist, we will need the following information:
- Date of closing
- Loan Amount Approved for:
- # of employees claimed at application (if you applied on your own) a copy of your PPP application
- # of employees at end of eight weeks.
- Payroll/accounting records if we do not manage your payroll.
- Name of your Lender (if applied on your own)
